A brief update on Toby's condition:

Toby remains in intensive care where he's being kept under sedation, plus intubation and ventillation. They hope to start withdrawing the sedation over the coming days, and should then be better able to determine his condition.

An update from Maya, Toby's wife.

There's no change in Toby who is still being ventilated.

She says thank-you to everyone for the kind messages on this forum. She has been reading them all to him.

I have experienced countless crashes over the years, but never to this extent, Toby!

As a result, I don't really know what to say, other than I sincerely hope you make a speedy and complete recovery.

And I hope to see you back on your bicycle sometime soon...

Don't forget I'll be out tomorrow with a card for people to sign too

I have added recent wishes from the forum to Sylv's spreadsheet but I won't be able to do much more this afternoon...

Folks, just a reminder that if you'd like to add something to the card, even if you've already posted something on this forum, then find Amy or myself at the cafe. I'm not riding there, so can stay as long as needed for people to add their comments.

I know that the well wishes are really appreciated and will all get read to Toby.
