Yep Andrew you most certainly can.

Haven't ran with the bag Lucy, I got it for a xc ski race, but the nozzle froze despite the insulation pad - it was minus 21 - nver used it since, as I don't do long runs over 15km and don't need to drink on them. You can have it for free if you eat the gel! (in front of me)
