As per the title, would like a tag along bike for my 4 year old boy.

Hi Dan - I have a 6-speed version in red which I used for my son (now 9 and on his own Specialised!) I will look out the name of the make when I am home tonight (Ammaco, I think). It is about 3 years old but in good working order. Please PM me if you are interested.
