Well nearly ........

I have frame, forks and headset

I now need some new bits and in particular was thinking Campag set:

Derailleurs
Brakes - levers & calipers
handlebars
Stem
setpost
seat

The list is not exclusive so if you have something that you think I might want then give me a shout.

Thanks in advance

I might have some brake calipers you could have cheap, I'll have a look during the week and let you know.

I got derailleurs (2006 Chorus front and 2006 carbon Centaur rear) from ebay when I was building up a bike. You can get good deals there but I keep clear from most sellers as they are cowboys. You can normally tell, someone selling Chorus level kit should know what it does! I tend to buy from the shops that are on there like High On Bikes who use ebay as a way of clearing surplus stock or older models. Would you complain at 2006 Chorus kit, I wouldn't but the shops only tend to want last years at most on the shelves so you can get good deals.

I know some people don't like them but I've always been pleased with the service and price of stuff at Ribble, they often have good deals.

Also ProBikeKit have some good deals.

Unless you can afford Chorus or Record for the Ergos then see if you can get year old ones (new but old shop stock - check GBs as they normally have some) before the "Escape" system was introduced as this stops you being able to trim the front derailleur. Lower weight but a backward step to my mind.

Have sent you a pm about the brakes.

Obviously to start with before you have the funds you can use the same wheels you use now as you can only ride one bike at a time. You could also keep costs down initially by doing the same with the saddle and seatpost, assuming the seat tube is the same diameter.
