Wanted: spare part for Shimano mtb shifter

I am looking for this part (just one)

For a M950 shift cable. It doesn't thread in the STI, just sits inside. Doesn't look exactly like the one on the photo, guess there were different models. Possibly also a part from lower groupsets will fit.
