Anyone got a cheap pub bike for someone 5' 7"

I've got a heavy BSO Apollo full suspension bike that someone can have for £50. Was £150 new and it's probably only done 50 miles.

I'm planning on selling my Ambrosio Stelvio carbon bike. It was built in 1998 and I raced on it for a couple of seasons about 9 years ago. It either needs some TLC to get it working again...or just using as a run-around. It's not been used at all since about 2004.

Given I'm 5' 7" or so, I'm sure it would fit. Will tinker with it over the weekend and see what still works and what doesn't. Lives in my dinning room - so expecting it to be mostly be OK.
