Have just got myself a new stead so no longer need the Cervelo S5. Have only had it 6 months, is a fast stiff bike, very aero road bike. Frame costs £2,500 new. The bike is built up with a mixture of Campagnolo Centaur and Chorus 10 speed parts, the crankset is a compact centaur, is quite old but in very good condition as I am meticulous at changing the chain when it wears down. Am not intending to sell it with wheels, although if someone did want it with a set I am sure I can find a reasonably decent set lying around the shed that I could put on.
