I'd love to join you, mate, but will be out of town this week. Should be a good night for a ride; sub-zero temperatures will make the trails hard and fast.

Following today's ride I can confirm that the trails are great! Frozen solid, with not a hint of mud on the tyres, so who's coming out to enjoy it, while it lasts?

Shame you can't make it Wal, hopefully next time.

Come on every Peeps, Jamie has been organising these for a little while now and should be getting a better response considering the numbers who have said they want more variety.

Jamie what is the Pace; Duration; and terain likeley to be and do you need to be as fit as Serge, sylv, george and the like who you have ridden with in the past

after all that I am not available but maybe someothers will be.

Thanks Marcus, there are some good points there. Night riding demands a bit of investment in a good set of lights, but it's well worth it, as it's super fun!

All riders are welcome. We go at a good pace, generally faster on the fun bits, but will always wait it any junctions so no-one will get left behind, alone in the woods.
I like to take in the fun bits, but the are all quite doable by all skill-levels, simply by adjusting your speed to suite. The terrain is quite hilly, has to be on the North Downs, and this is mountain biking after-all!
The rides are around 2 hours give or take half an hour for punctures, etc.

I'm waiting for a replacement on my pinched mtb to turn up but weather has delayed. Once it's arrived i hope to get out for these.
