My girls have had colds this week and I think I may have picked something up from them- not sure yet. I think I might postpone a longer one till next week, sorry chaps.

If I feel ok, I'll do the normal club run with a longer route home from the cafe maybe.

Hope you feel better soon Steve. If you don't feel to bad once you get on your way then the Colgate extension is a nice way to add a few miles yet remain in control of your distance if you feel you need to turn for home.

only just seen this is leaving at 830, i need to be back by 2pm at the latest, so may just go to the cafe instead as usual, enjoy
