Good Friday ride

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Just Stephen and I joined Jon today which was a shame as you missed a stunning ride.

Thanks Jon for leading a great route through Kent on some of the nicest lanes around, stunningly beautiful with all the bluebells and the like out too. Nice civilised cafe stop for a pot of tea at Ighton Mote.

90 miles door to door for me and plenty of climbing on Kent's rolling lanes.

Would've been nice but baking duties and a dire need for a real lie-in for the first time in weeks... Woke up feeling rubbish too - typical, get to a good long weekend and...

If it's repeated or something similar next Friday, I might like to come along 8)

ps - it's Ightham Mote

Thought I had the spelling wrong :) . Will have a look at a map later to check the route as some of the lanes were fantastic and I'll have to go back.

[Edit: thanks for the baking, lots of fellow cyclists will be very happy on Sunday because of it.]

If we'd stuck to the planned route we'd have missed that. Sometimes a bit of randomness in the navigation department turns up trumps.
