Bank Holiday Monday Ride - Tomorrow

9am meet at Lloyd Park car park (where the tram stop and building are).

Minimum strong 18s CR standard.

Not decided exactly where I'll head yet but it will have the odd lump in the road and be quite a long ride, 70 - 100 miles depending where you live and what you want. Probably be something like Ashdown Forest, Groombridge, Penshurst for the bulk of the miles, then a cafe stop at Four Elms garden centre before some laney loops around Knockholt/Brasted ares. If you want to miss the last bit you can head for home after the cafe stop.

Please be self sufficient and bring a map if you don't know the area. Will regroup after noteworthy climbs and try and stay together to a degree but will not be waiting.

Be nice to have some company.

As a weak 17 I'll have to give this a miss - maybe someday. Need to find my climbing legs...

I think I might give it a miss. Some of us have done a reasonably hard ride today.

Thanks to Ben for the company today. We cut the extension but cut the cafe stop too and rode it hard, so a good, very lumpy (Ashdown Forest, Groombridge, Penshurst, Ide), very hard 70 miles .
