Weds 13th July Road Ride

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

It's the Reptile Zoo which incorporates Beaver World Marco, a name which has led to some disappointment in folk I've taken there. Last time I was there with Ben he asked about the crocodile they used to have as he fancied a wrestle but it had long since died and they aren't allowed to have another one as they aren't big and posh enough and don't have the certification needed for one these days, despite having had one for many years and cared for it well.

By the way they don't want you to leave you bikes along the fence outside the cafe anymore as it's actually a flowerbed. If you go down the little hill to the right of the cafe then they are happy for you to tuck them behind the building immediately on your right where they are out of everyone's way. It also gives you the chance to see the lovely ring-tailed limas on the other side of the hill opposite where you put your bikes.

Have fun.

It's getting fabulous :D, We had a glorious ride today, Thanks to the fabulous bodies out today, Kent Scenery superb and long long downhills, and I just made it on time, 10.04 to be greeted by the training group   , thought I had got the wrong day - but they fell into line  , with a most enjoyable pace, good to see Taz, now I know who you are, sorry I did not recognise you at Nonna Rosa that day, thanks for keeping me hydrated Rich with your pineapple juice, and a special thanks to Pete K for doing Pebble Hill x3, and George for going all over the show to find us, ------ when I got dropped with Marcos mate Steve, my fault.... ( now I have seen the blingy bike in all its glory ) - good job you got a weeks holiday Pete, your gonna need it after those epic climbs :D, good to meet Pippa also, only one let down, No Mr .G Snr :?: :?:

Hope to see the bodies next week,
R. :D

My first Wednesday CR, What a ride..........great company and great views.

Rachel i must concor; The training group have arrived     at Croydon South, OMG this will be a short ride :D :D . But under the great DIRECTION of Marco   what a ride.

I rode 39 miles expecting to leave the group in CUDHAM lane (less than 2 miles from home) only for Marco to explain that where he will leave me Croydon side of the MAD MILE 8 miles from home as he mixes up the ride..............IT IS OFFICAL THAT MARCO is the GOOGLE of kent and Surrey, he is Almost a GOD; if you believe.......

Thanks ALL 10 of you, the ride divded at Shire LAne; 4 of us rode to the "BEAVER CAFE" i must admit i thought this was a code word for a strip Club.. :P , 6 of you including a gent from Paragon in white, Marco's friend in red (With matching face) followed George on an alternate route to "BEAVER CAFE" for Great Hot Choc and better Crusty lemon cake.....

On the Home run now.............What a road Down hill/flat for miles......MY kind of ride. :D

BIG THANKS TO MARCO.............. :D :D :D :D :D :D

Again ONLY the "BING RING" used...........2 more weeks left....
I used to ride alot, I now ride a little BUT intend to ride more...........
