Good ride today with the training group, steady pace which kept me hanging in there. Solo ride back, caught up with Alan who then joined me... Getting in shape slowly

John you didnt look 100% sober today ...it was funny seeing you sufer there ...you must have had a good night

Good ride with a great bunch, Got dropped by 17's waited for a easier ride with 16's and came back with a large group over box. Had the Sky Team zap pass me with team car in tow. Box Hill will be quick tomorrow if you are thinking of watching.
