On Saturday 10th September, on a circuit near Charlwood, Guru Paul will be running the inaugral (well in modern times) ACC Speed Judging Competition.
The concept is that every full (paid-up!) member of the club can participate in this event with an an equal chance of winning the brand spanking new Nonna Rosa Trophy, kindly donated by Angelo. It's not how fast you go but how close to the average speed that you estimate you will ride at that wins.
All GPS, watches and bike computers must be removed and handed in for the duration!
I believe Paul plans start times to be from 10.30 to 11.30am, so visit the cafe before/after as appropriate.
NB Trophy will be awarded at the Annual Dinner on 14th Jan at Selsdon Park Hotel - so why not buy your tickets in anticipation!
