Sunday 10am...same as last week. Who's in?

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

I was off today with a some nasty stomach bug...but i'm feeling fighting fit now...i'm hoping there will be some takers for a ride similar to last sunday's? See any takers at 10 at CSS. Cheers, Rich.

What kind of pace Rich? I'm tempted, and 10am is a civilised time, but I'm embarrassingly slow these days, I mean even more than usual...
