It sounds like most of us need a slower group as per Amy's suggestion. I'm up for doing about 17MPH-ish and after all, so I'm told, it's all about clocking up the miles. I know this could be the kiss of death but the weather forecast is looking good. Light winds, dry and minimum temp no lower than what we saw this weekend in the daytime. I should almost certainly be there at 19:30.
