CLUB RUN SAT 14th MAY - WEEKLY RUN LIST

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

[quote="Rogan"]We had a great ride this morning. Matt was doing most of the graft up-front shared by Yanto and, in part, others and the pace was pretty good. Yanto remarked that it was a strong pace for a training ride and he added that he really liked the way the group (principally TG ‘B’ from Dorking onwards) worked together and communicated so well throughout the ride.

Thankfully Yanto survived the TG, got in the break today at the Hillingdon GP and got 4th place.

Box time was 5.37. I'll be back to try go < 5.30.

Oops! Sylv, I wouldn't put it past you to have got 4th at Hillingdon.

P.S. That Le Col kit he's riding looks pretty good ;-)

Good ride and I think I'm getting hang of the T&O now. Although, there was a nasty moment when my front wheel got in contact with the rear wheel of the rider in front of me(Ghaleb’s). Managed to stay on and lesson learnt, I won't be stuck between curb and the rear wheel of the rider in front anymore. Sorry if anyone behind me had already pictured a big crash.

As for the average speed, I got 22.8m/h (36.5 Km/h). This is, I should say, average moving speed.
