Yeah Paul that was a bit of an effort. Knew I'd recover ok down the other side though but when we got going after the stop for the lights my breathing went all crap. I won't be doing that again in a hurry Still, no pain no gain.

Weather is not looking good for tonight (heavy rain around 18:00). Not sure how others feel but I’m thinking of doing the CG tomorrow instead.
