Evening MTB Ride Weds 15th

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Evening MTB Ride Weds 15th

Postby Snoop Doug » Thu Sep 09, 2010 9:03 am

Hi folks

Any interest in an evening off roader next Tuesday? I'm happy to take a ride from Wallyville/Banstead/Epsom Downs/Tadworth/Great Solom's Wood/Wallyville.

Starts at 6.30 prompt takes just about 2 hours so if you're Croydon based you will be back around 9. You will need lights for the latter stage - the downhill trail in Great Solom's is fun, illumination essential!

If anyone fancies this but not so keen on the route, I'm happy to go to E Croydon for a 6.30 start but I would not be able to lead from there - don't know the way

Post here if you fancy this

Okay, Wednesday should be good, I'll need to leave work a little early but that should be okay. Where do you start from and is parking available?
I shall be riding tonight with my TroutLight for the first time since Mountain Mayhem! :D

I'd be up for this Snoop. Wednesday is fine for me. Are you meeting outside the bike shop?

Just go in to edit the first post, change the title there and submit.

Sorry I can't join you, I will be on a short break to Scotland and limbering up for a day's riding in the Highlands. If anyone reading this happens to know of good routes near Aviemore, please let me know!

We start outside Wallington Cycles, on the Stafford Road, Wallington. SM6 9AQ.

Parking nearby. If you google maps the postcode and look for Park Hill Road very close by, you can leave cars there

Howdy folks

Very sorry but I'm not going to be able to lead this ride, got a sore throat and cold and didn't sleep well again last night.

Apologies, it's looking like a great day weather wise. Of course if anyone else knows the route then please go ahead.

I will check my calendar and see when I am next available - from memory the next three weeks are pretty busy for me.

Cheers - Snoop
