3) SNOWY DAYS! Lots of interesting posts on the General forum regarding members commutes and frollicing in the snow on bikes this week.
Whatever the weather, I'm sure some of you will want to be out together on Saturday, maybe riding your cross or MTB bikes, so keep sharing your plans if you have them...
When using the road, just remember that although you may be able to control your bike or not mind coming off in the snow, think about that driver with a ton or more of out-of control metal
Also, a lot of drivers don't demist or de ice their windows before setting off and the sun(?!) is low so there's an increased risk of "Sorry Mate I Didn't See You". 
Personally I'd stay off-road... but I'm not out Saturday, unless the roads to Oxford are impassible, then I might MTB around the Downs!
Any alternative routes/destinations planned:
