I will be go for a ride passing CSS at 9.30am tomorrow, plan to back by 12.30 / 1 , as only have the morning off work. If anyone wants to join me, more than welcome. I have no set route in mind, though more than likely a variation on the club run route.
FYI I see there is another thread, for those that want to go faster, in the training section.
