CLUB RUN - A GRAND DAY OUT - SAT 26th FEB

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

CLUB RUN - A GRAND DAY OUT - SAT 26th FEB

Postby Jon C C on a Bianchi » Mon Feb 21, 2011 6:24 pm

Dear All

Don't forget this Saturday it's the highly anticipated CR to Lingfield (although we don't actually go to Lingfield!! ).

There is no CR to Charlwood. Except for the TG.

We are going to begin our 'Grand Day Out' with a parade through Coulsdon. Please wear Club Kit - the more Yellow the better. :D And get there early - we've got some organising to do and we need to get moving.

We're hoping for a good turn out as usual. Your support with this will be greatly appreciated! :D

Thanks Cap'n Jon 8)

CR to Lingfield with refreshment stop at Priory Farm Coffee Shop:

15 mph: Tim/JohnS/Alex
16 mph: Amy/Del/Aodan
17 mph: Jon/Lucy AP
18 mph: Steve/ PhilH

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE INDICATIVE SPEEDS. YOU SHOULD RIDE WITH THE GROUP YOU NORMALLY DO - because of the rolling terrain we will adjust accordingly therefore average speeds will be rather lower. :D

CR to Charlwood:

TG A and B: Ant,Paul, George, Serge, Keith

Good question. All my usual 19 VCs are away this week or are unwell. Unless I have someone in the 19s who knows the route and is prepared to lead - then there is no 19 group this Saturday - are you offering Nick?

As things stand the 19s will be incorperated into the 18s for the ride to Lingfield.

let me know

thanks

Jon

i'm sure we'll figure it out between us when we're at CSS, I'm not able to do the whole CR tomorrow unfortunately, as I'm running a swim clinic at midday, so will peel off about 1030 back to epsom

If numbers in the 19's are low they can just sit on the back of the B training group.

It'll be fine. Don't worry - it's a bit of rain. No big deal. The TG are hard - like me. :D
