Phew what a scorcher!

I took a train to East Grinstead then rode the Worth Trail [url]http://twitpic.com/4in87n[/url] that's the view I enjoyed going down the trail to Tulley's Farm for breakfast [url]http://twitpic.com/4inqra[/url] and a tip top cappuccino. Another splendid view

Met up with Pete, Conor, Chris, Andy, Phil and a whole bunch more and we rode back up the Worth Trail and then roamed through some beautiful countryside on small lanes and trails [url]http://twitpic.com/4ir0ai[/url] (sorry blurry pic well I was tanking along you know ). It never ceases to amaze me the wonderful variety of riding options that are all so close to home. We emerged around the bottom of the road race circuit and climbed up to Bletchingley. Man that is tough - respect to all the nutters, sorry racers, taking that on today. I got to the top eventually and was cooked. So tempted to hang on for a beer but I knew I was fading so pushed on to Coulsdon up some more tough climbs before descending the downs and a stop at Nonna Rossa for more coffee and a lasagne. Thanks to all for waiting for me at the top of the hills .

We had it all today. Great weather, great company, great café stop, great trails, great climbs, great banter - the works.
