Sunny, friday, hilly ride!

I'm going to do a ride on friday - from Coulsdon South Station - at 9:30 - going to Four Elms - having a cuppa - and coming back via "hills" - and its going to be sunny

The Best Belgium Buns ever, at Four Elms

Just me and Julian out today. Lovely hot, sunny day, great route . . . with some good hills! Legs fell off towards the end, and the last climb up to Caterham wasn't pretty
Lots of hilly miles in the legs this week, thats got to have done some good?! But don't expect I'll be flying along tomorrow . . .

If anyone is up for a weekday ride next week, then let me know
