Ok, I'll be out. Did 70 miles with the over the hill boys today . . . so I'll be taking it easy

Lovely ride today in nice cool weather , with a very nice bunch that stayed together today eg: ( Me ), apart from Lucy and Taz, who were having the odd Manx Moments's, off of the front, but did come back to join us V.Captain keeps on promoting 14mins Cake break's ( 22mins today , Great to see everyone, one small photo to follow later on today or tomorrow!
