Addiscombe CC Time Trial League changes for 2013 season.

1. Eight races now eligible for points. This season we have an additional Evening 10 – an inter-club match v. Redhill CC and we are including the ACC Open 10.
2. Best FIVE race results now count towards the league position.
3. Tie-breaker. If points are equal the winner is decided by the following priority:
i) the rider who competes in most eligible races up to maximum of seven (not all eight -this allows for a rider to fulfil their marshal/helper duties). If races have had to be cancelled the maximum will always be one less than the number of races that eventually made up the league series. If they compete in the same number of races…
ii) the rider who scores the most points in ‘non-counting races’ i.e. those races not included in a rider’s best five, will be the winner. If these points are equal…
iii) Head to head – compare points in races where riders have actually competed head to head. DNF results do not count.
iv) the rider with the highest number of first places in ‘counting races’, if this is equal then the highest number of second places and so on.
4. Riders must fulfil their marshalling/helping duties to be eligible for league position, trophies and medals. Failure to carry out marshalling/helping duties by the end of the season will mean disqualification from the TT League. Rider’s results null and void.
