Having survived a couple of sportives and done an ok-for-a-first-attempt 50, I'm now down for the SCCU 100. Does anyone have any tips on feeding etc? I managed the sportives on bananas, power bars and gels, washed down with rehydration mix. I don't really get on with carbohydrate drink - it's like eating four sticky toffee puddings at one sitting. What do people generally eat and drink, and how much of it?
