Then work through the menus: About CTT, Rider Info, Forms & Guidance Notes
And the one you need for most events is "Entry Form (Front Only)" - you only need t'other side for hillclimbs and team time trials.

I'd be quick as most TT entrys close 10 days before, give a day or two before the event. The organiser actually lives on your way to work Paul, so you could drop it in by hand
