Looking to getting down to do some handicap races during the week then see how I feel for some weekend races.
I'm ok even if I don't ride a lot, esp on the Newchapel circuit, I seem to be able to not ride a huge amount but still go well but I'd like to get some form and hopefully be in there with a shout at the end.

I didn't read what you wrote properly. Treat it as a mini training camp if you like. Ride as much as you want and if you get tired have a few days off the bike when you return. Let the pace be dictated by how you feel on any given day - Toks
