Please add your name by Tuesday at the latest if you want to race, as I won't be there on the day I am setting up the results spreadsheet for Jon to be able to use for quick results and I would like to have all riders in before the day to make his life infinitely easier.

To those who have not competed in the Club TT series this year:

If you enter and are 40 or over then please also pm me your age so that I can set it up to calculate your vets standard result. Don't worry I won't tell anyone and it is in a hidden column on the sheet, but without it you won't be eligible for any vets awards.

If you are under 18 then contact me first as I will need to send you a parental permission form which will need completing and bringing to the event, without it you can't ride.

Thanks Jon.
Phil H will be bringing the numbers (and first aid kit). He is kindly putting the signs out too so please can everyone be patient if they aren't there as early as you are, they will be there in time.
I will draw up the sign in sheets when I do the startsheet and email you and Phil N copies so you will have those too. I'll send to both of you as a backup in case of printer breakages or some such.

Just to confirm we have booked North Holmwood Sports and Social Club as HQ and venue for podium presentations.

At the top of the hill in Inholms Lane

It will be open from 9.00am. use their car park.

Tea and coffee available from the bar. We will bring some cake.
