Hill Climbs - Where and what ya doin'?

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

haha, I thought you might ask...

tell me, as I have only really been half following your FaCT adventures... after a test, what can you tell me?

in simple terms please, and could you use full terms, like lactate balance point instead of LBP (or give a glossary!)

i'm not after a full explanation of FaCT, just a summary of the info a test provides. I'm sure others are wondering too.

the test itself doesn't scare me, i've done some already as you know. I would just like to have a clear picture of what your tests show...

thanks.

Adam,

Do you want it on here or training forum? Don't want to be seen taking over the whole forum.

Will do it on the training forum tomorrow for you Adam as you asked nicely.

Did you want piccies?

Yes, a nice new, shiny and clean thread in the Training secion would be best.

Do whatever you can Rob. I'm not after an essay, just a clear guide of what your test will tell me about my physiology.

Thanks...

No probs will start before work and some at lunchtime.

I do have a guide but it's up to 40 pages so won't use that.
