Leith Hill - Kingston Wheeler's HC on Saturday 6th Oct 2007

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Leith Hill - Kingston Wheeler's HC on Saturday 6th Oct 2007

Another event that I entered this evening - see below.

This one is very local - Leith Hill - so there's no excuse for not entering. We should get as many ACCers out as possible - especially as it is a new event and will need some support to help get it established.

Again, you need to get your skates on if you want to enter. Entries will need to be in the post in the next couple of days.

Kingston Wheelers, sponsored by OTM/Telford/Evans Cycles, are please to announce their latest promotion, the John Bornhoft Memorial Hill Climb on Saturday 6th October. The event is being run in memory of our former club president who passed away in 2003. It's being held on the 1570 yard long (that's a mile , give or take a few yards) GH42 Leith Hill course near Dorking in Surrey. Coming right in the middle of hill climb season, this is a great opportunity to test your form ahead of the Bec or Catford events two weeks later. The first man off will be at 11am. As always with our events, there will be plenty of cakes.

Entry details: £6.50 cheque payable to "Kingston Wheelers" to Ian Beston, 38 Hedgerley Court, Woking, Surrey, GU21 3LY
