Good racing last night, fast and hilly. A great workout for me even though I cramped with 1 mile to go up the penultimate climb. Got a new max heart rate of 187 and average of 166 for the whole race. Then another race home with George and Ben who clearly didn't try hard enough in the race.

dan was giving it some beans on the front pulling it along with some big turns. Stu was in the back group and we got caught on the last lap. Stu reckons he was 8th.

Keith and Dom were also up there.
