Well Winter Just hit NYC

Postby the other Steve Dennis » Fri Dec 09, 2005 4:01 pm

First snow fall was last weekend. Nothing fancy.

Last night we took about 5" snow and right now intense sleet, roads are turning into skating rinks and pavements even worse....on that subject if someone slips and hurts themselves on the sidewalk outside our apartment our landlord (or ourselves) are liable!!

So it's minus 2, English Money, and I am ready for it to lay it on thick now. Minus 8 or so is my comfort zone max (not taking in wind). I'd be riding if the roads weren't such a mess (lol)

Two years from now I could be living in Chicago, the city of -25 winters 'woohoo'

Enjoy your lovely warm winters in balmy Addiscombe.

Missing you all.....

Staying with Champion System for 2006.

We now have a pro squad - about to race in the Tour of Southern China and then Europe next year, an elite amateur squad. 8 women and about 10 in Cat 3 and 4. With promises of more work with the latter squad so I am giving it a second year. We'll see.
