A24 time trial Sunday morning..

Any Agreeables out time trialing on the A24 yesterday morning ? I was heading down to Duncton nr Petworth, Sussex for the Sunday Sportive and I saw a lot of riders on the time trial - run by Norworod Paragon I think.. I did not see any ACC jerseys though - was looking out for them as I would have offered a steady tow at 30 mph
I was well chuffed with my ride - 86 miles in 4:59 so I was inside the time for Gold standard for 18 -39 , well pleased with that seeing as I'm 45... Not too hilly though - plenty of up 'n down but just 3 serious hills.. Very nice course all around the South Downs - lots of quaint villages etc, but very gravelly/ flinty roads...
next week - Etape du Dales , which will make the Duncton sportive seem like a leisurely club run ...
