Robbie,

The CTT handbook contains the details (ie: date, time, course, distance, entry fee, organiser) of all the open time trials in England & Wales for the year.

Also contains pages and pages of rules & regulations, most of which you don't need to know unless you're promoting an event. Also all the past champions and record holders going back donkeys years.
