I am looking for dates to avoid or even utilise in the summer around any great events? I would also like to take this opportunity to get some feedback if I was to make it £x per ticket with all extra money going to a good cause or maybe approach the committee about maybe funding it. I spoke to a few people on the awards night and someone mentioned they may have a function room available. Please get back in touch.
Monty has also had a vision of maybe getting an ACC band together and maybe they could give us a tune or 2. So any members who can play an instrument (a musical instrument) please put you name down and maybe we could have a HOE DOWN.
In fact any responce would be helpful and maybe even a cpl og helpers if I need them.
PS Would there be any problems with children being invited if so please PM me if you wish to remain nameless. And depending on response I may also orgainise a BBQ for another date.
