I wonder if my bike has turned to rust in the shed yet? Talking of shed, as I atempt to lose the few spare kilos I've inherited whilst waiting for warmer weather, I've taken up going to the gym and doing a bit of jogging about the place. So what? Well - I had cause to buy a new pair of running shoes t'other day and I tried a place called Top Runner in Leatherhead. The personal service I got was tippety top and after 45 minutes and a few meaurements, tests, goes on the treadmill etc, I left with a fine pair of New Balance (English made!!) reduced from £70 to £55. Really impressed. I know a few others do a bit of running in addition to the bike and so I thought I would pass this on.
