Fantastic I've got a tour de France legend a minute behind me chasing me down. I will have to make sure he doesn't catch me! :D

Unfortunately I wont be able to make this, due to my damaged frame...I was looking forward to it though....anyway good luck to the other ACC participants!

How does George start ahead of me?! :? he flew past me last time I did the Holmwood course! I thought it was a car and looked to my right to see George fly past with his carbon wheels! :D ... he got 22 min if I recall that day!

For club events we just arrange the field in order of slowest to fastest.

The field placement for open events works differently, and is supposed to keep riders of similar ability away from each other. So the fastest guys are on a 0 number and start 10 minutes apart. The next fastest are on a 5, then 1, 6, 2, 7, 3, 8, 4 & 9.
