Have you checked your bike fit etc. I know a good cheap local physio (ex Chelsea FC).

Roller has been ordered.
Also booked a appointment with Tanya the physio guru on Wednesday.
So fingers crossed peeps.
Then off to the Olympic park at the weekend to watch some dudes on bikes
