Thanks for suggestions mate

I am going with this one - Park Tool Home Wheel Truing Stand Tool:

Will get cycle surgery to match price of £84.18 I found online

Thanks again

Also, what RIM and spokes do you recommend?

Thanks

John

The Blackberry Bold 9700 gets good ratings. Failing that Mavic Open Pro and Lots.

If they are race wheels then 20 front and 24 rear for spokes.
Mavic Open Pro are good (I use them on my commuting and fixed wheel bike, albeit with a lot more spokes). Ambrosio are also very good rims and I've used them in the past. For 30mm profile then IRD get good reviews but I've never used them myself.

OK, what about these rims?

I am looking at 23mm to match the 23 Ultremo tyres, from what I read online rides like a tubular! :D :P

TB14
Weight: 490 grams
Height: 14.1 mm
Width: 23 mm
Size: 700c

or

Archetype
Weight: 450 grams
Height: 25 mm
Width: 23 mm
Size: 700c

also maybe:

New for 2010! The A23 rim is based off our proven Aerohead race rim. With a wider footprint, the A23 allows for a more aerodynamic rim/tire combination when paired with a 23c tire. The tire profile mimics the characteristics of a tubular, gaining increased control and lower rolling resistance without the inconvenience of tubular glue or the dangers of irreparable roadside mechanicals.

700c (622)
Colors: Black MSW or Black NONmsw (32h only)
Drillings: 20, 24, 28, 32, 36

Bead seat diameter: 622
Weight: 426g
ERD = 601
