Alan and Angelo deliver coffee machine to school and other supplies late afternoon

Alan Malarkey from 7am, open up, meet and greet, set up systems etc.

Mike Ingram from 7.30am Meet, greet, direct arrivals in cars, with A N Other supervise parking act as Deputy I/C if Alan is distracted by emergencies, Timing, award judge and handing out certificates with Joyce and A N Other
Angelo, from 7.am, set up Nonna Rosa's at HQ
Kieren, from 8.am – 10.30, Rider despatch, 3 minute intervals from 8.30 onwards, mark times on sheets, safety briefing. Mention, 1. hazards (see website), 2. Signs, show and tell – yellow signs black arrows + yellow road markings. 3. feed stations – especially first one half way round and no need to show time sheets, make sure you have supplies for 42 miles, Southwater Village hall, then on road North of Rusper. Wish good luck and release at time marked on Sheets.

Tim Coales From 7.45 am – 10.30, manage entry on the line, complete relevent details on start sheet provided, take cash or cheques reconcile at end of session.
Rachel, from 8.am, Qualified first-aider, early part of the day helping with finding rider number, giving out supplies and generally where needed in the afternoon with TimNick on Rider reception and timing, otherwise tending the wounded.
Phil Hawkes + George Allen From 8 am, first part of the morning help generally with riders, meeting greeting, car parking, fixing on numbers, giving out supplies, maps etc. snipping plastic ties etc. Then go to 2nd Feed station which is just North of Rusper at first fork junction, set up table, gazeebo, water, food. Take a track pump etc.
George and Murray – George from 7.15 am , set up flags at school entrance then with Murray, take gazeebo, food and water bottles, head off for Southwater and set up feed station, taking 1 flag. check on signs on the way. Collect keys from Maggie, 01403733411. Lock up and leave keys with keyholder. Check on 2nd feed station at Rusper on return and share and unused food if needed.
Phil Nash – from 8.30am sag wagon, recovering stranded or exhausted cyclists a looking for lost souls
Kay Patton, Bike Mechanic, from 7.30 am – set up to help people at start of day, bike checks. Respond to call outs, from around 9.30- 10.00 ride the route offering help where necessary, thereafter set up at Southwater Village hall feed station and after last rider move on to Rusper Feed station
Jayne Charlton and Steve Smith From around 11.00 begin to recover signs. Relay information on any struggling cyclists for sag wagon.
Joyce, from 1.00pm hand out certificates and merits, with Mike and A N Other
