Does anyone know where I could go to see the Tour of Britain where it might not be so crowded or is Addiscombe going to see it like they did with the Olympic Road Race?

Thanks
Matt

Might it be practical to ride over to Guildford and shout? Just downloading the race manual to check out the route.

4. Hunt, Jeremy GBR

I'm surprised he has the time, what with his recent appointment as health secretary.

Maybe he should be spending less time on the bike

I see the race starts at 12.00 from Reigate. The route does lend itself, to being able to see it a couple of times. But given the crowds on the first stage , not sure if its better just to pick one of the KOM.

I was considering catching them on Barhatch then trying to nip across to Guilfrod for the finish. Would be a bit tight - or impossible given the crowds and road closures?

I was thinking of just heading for Leith as crowds are likely to be a reasonable size, get there earlier and make sure of a decent viewing spot once as I fear that it could end up nearly seeing them 2 or 3 times otherwise. Leith Hill is pretty narrow so they might cut access after a while if too many head there and it's a good vantage point.

Stomach ache eh? Probably caused by being forced to ride slower than he has since childhood.
