Cambridge To Champagne

Hi All,
Just to let you know of an independent charity ride myself and Joe, our bar manager, are doing next week.
Starting this Sunday (07th Oct) we'll be riding from the doors of the 12a Club, Cambridge to Epernay in France, home of our Champagne suppliers. The first day is a huge stint down to Portsmouth for the late ferry to Le Harve. This is followed by a 'short' day to Rouen, covering stage 5 of this year's Tour to Saint Quentin on the Tuesday and a final 80 miles down to Epernay on the last day. This gives a total mileage of around 380 miles.
So, if anyone wants to ride with us from the Croydon area down towards Portsmouth next Sunday afternoon please get in touch....we may need your support!! I'll post rough timings and route later this week.
The charity we're raising money for is Tom's Trust which is run by a couple of our members who sadly lost Tom, their son, to a brain tumour in 2010 http://www.tomstrust.org.uk/
Our fundraising site is here https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/cam2cham and we're on Facebook here https://www.facebook.com/Cam2Cham?ref=hl
Thanks for reading!
Ciao, David.
