Recommend me a good taxi firm.

I want a good reliable taxi firm to book to collect my parents from the airport, is a late night pick up and I have a race early the next morning.
Must use decent cars, be polite and reliable, check flight arrivals so they know if it's delayed, and collect from the arrivals lounge. Simple requirements which shouldn't need specifying but have been bitten before. Not all taxi firms are equal. I don't want the folks messed about.
Any suggestions please.
