Awesome club run today, great weather and I managed to not get dropped going up to Rusper for a change. Even got my fastest time up the Reigate steps on strava and fastest in Rusper.

Rode back via Box Hill with the group but we got diverted as Box was closed, we went up towards Headley, jeez that route was harder than box hill, the climbs were steeper and pretty painful after the speed we had been riding.

Paul managed to get a jump on us on the lights just after Walton on the Hill. Steve B, Antloony and myself chased like banchees to try and catch him but he beat us to Coulsdon where we supped up some Nonna hospitality.

I then had to pedal back to EG, went via Farthing Down, pretty knackered by the time got home with just over 90 miles on the clock.

Great ride guys, now I need to see if I can recover and motivate myself to go and do some more tomorrow.

Nice one Marek. Was sure a hard ride today. Pretty much flat out all the way round. You went well today.

Set a few PR's myself so know it was quick....plus my legs are telling me it was as well.

The only good thing about yesterday's ride for me was finally working out where the very annoying rattle was coming from and getting it fixed on the way home at Finch's in Reigate. No idea why the locking ring on my block had come loose, it's been on the bike for some time now. Before that it was the cranks coming looks...
