London to Brighton for the Motor Neurone Disease Association

I'm doing a ride from London to Brighton for the Motor Neurone Disease Association on Sunday 7th September (there will be about 3000 or so on the ride so if you don't have to be on that route better not to be) and back because I have to get home.
The link explains why I'm doing it and how to donate. I've also done the ice bucket challenge but everyone is doing that.
