Do a search for Tom Platz- he had some legs on him, must be about 10-15 years ago when he was competing-awesome.

Part of Tom Platz leg workout would include squatting three sets of 50 reps with 315 pounds. Not the heaviest weight some of these guys use, but 50 reps !!
