on road rout to Brighton

Postby kieran » Fri Aug 25, 2006 10:00 am

I'm heading down to Brighton with the family this weekend and half thinking of cycling it (the others will train it), apart from just getting out my road map and probably heading down on the busiest road is there any other nicer fairly straight forward route from Croydon area?

A23, hang a left at Merstham, minor roads through Nutfield & Smallfield, then B road via Turners Hill, Haywards Heath, Wivelsfield, Ditchling, over the Beacon then warp speed down into Brighton.
