Unfortunatey I can't make Saturday mornings anymore, which is a bit of a bugger.
Anyhow this does mean that I can try and do a fast training ride on saturday at about tea time (17.00 ish), and then do a decent sunday run.
I would like to do 3 hour ride on sundays, aiming to leave at 9.00 and get back for 12.00, so that I don't in trouble with the wife. This should mean approx 50 miles. I'd also like to try and do a number of different routes as the weeks go by, taking in some of the hills in Kent.
Is anyone else interested in this ?
